Tired of trying to guess the subject matter of a complaint from the claims and the party names? We’ve recently added a new feature, similar to our Attorney’s Annotations, which provides a short, streamlined overview of the complaint taken directly from the document itself!

Our users know that the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) influences nearly every aspect of strategic decision making in Patent litigation. From questions about judicial reversal rates, granted mandamus rulings, etc. – it simply matters too much to not be informed!

We’re extremely proud to announce our new Patent Appeals coverage! We’ve spent the last year developing an extremely granular approach to representing and classifying CAFC data, painstakingly connecting underlying cases, patents, and rulings to their now-processed appellate counterparts. For each appeal, our attorney editors flag all of the lower tribunal decisions and associated data being challenged on appeal and then layer in appellate status and outcomes as they occur. This includes: orders, remedies, determinations, and claim constructions.
