No long term contract is required and you can cancel your subscription for any reason at any time, with the remaining unused months on your subscription being refunded to you.  Seats can be occupied by anyone within your organization; separate subscriptions are not required for different office locations.

Yes! If you are a new Docket Navigator user, you will receive a free 30 day trial by entering credit card information to start your subscription but will not be charged until the end of the free trial period.

No. All rates are flat monthly fees and there are no per search, per download, per alert, per minute, or per‐click charges.

No. We do not require long term contracts. In fact, we won’t ask you to sign anything. Our services are provided subject to our Terms of Use which can be viewed anytime here. All subscriptions are month-to-month which means you can cancel anytime for any reason.

The Docket Only libraries are not powered with attorney-curated data like the patent, trademark, and copyright libraries but they will support three of the most popular features of our other libraries:

  • A daily Docket Report email with new cases and the docket text for any significant decisions.
  • Case alerts that send emails when new documents are filed in the case.
  • Search for cases by party name, court, judge, law firm, etc.

During 2021, Patent Plus subscriptions will also include up to a 10-24 user subscription to Docket Only libraries (a $400+/month value) at no additional charge for each Patent Plus seat purchased.

Prices are displayed per library. For example, a 4-9 user Trademark Library subscription is $200/month. A 4-9 user Copyright Library subscription is $200/month, etc.
