We've added a new scorecard that appears at the top of every non-settled case in the report and shows the number of Accusations that were won, lost, settled or dismissed for non-merits reasons. This way, users can easily see what combination of Accusation Outcomes led to the overall Case Outcome.

Our famous Docket Report – now for Trade Secret law! This daily report tracks every new federal case claiming violations of the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836), as well as every substantive ruling in pending trade secret cases (NOS 880).
