Docket Navigator has an exciting new feature in beta – a weekly email that summarizes every case outcome in patent cases in the USDC, PTAB and ITC from the prior week.

It’s a great way to stay on top of the wins, losses and settlements in patent cases, with direct links to the case and individual accusation outcomes for each party.

You can opt yourself into receiving the weekly email on your account page, by toggling the “Weekly Outcomes (Beta)” to ON.

Also new this month, the long-awaited Attorney Profiles!

With one glance you can quickly ascertain an attorney’s clients, firm experience, jurisdictional experience – and of course their wins and losses in patent cases.

There are three main ways to find an attorney profile, Profile search, Custom search, and clicking on an attorney name in any case. To learn how to search for an Attorney Profile view our Training Tip.

We’ve recently finished updating our Judge Profiles, packing our summary tabs with key milestones, such as the number of jury trials and statistics like which firms have appeared the most in that court.

Our judicial profiles have a new look! They are more space efficient and provide more meaningful information-per-pixel than ever before!

Enter a judge name into the Profiles section of the Search page, or click on any judge name in our database to be taken to that judge’s Profile.

Like our Judicial Profiles, we’ve also updated our Court Profiles to show similar information. Now it’s easier than ever to see win rates and the number of bench trials in a specific court.
