Like the Outcomes scorecard we’ve recently debuted a scorecard for PTAB proceedings, breaking down wins and losses by claim, giving you an at-a-glance overview of PTAB rulings.
HOW THIS HELPS YOU
Now you can view claim rulings at a glance – broken out into claim wins for the Patentee/Patent Challenger, and total disclaimed claims.
HOW TO USE THE TOOL
Simply scroll down to the PTAB section of the Weekly Outcomes Report to view the scorecard!
