How can I find out if a claim term has been construed in a Markman hearing?
STEP ONE
Click Claim Constructions on the Search page.
STEP TWO
Under the Claim Terms box, select Exactly.
STEP THREE
Type the term in the Claim Terms box, select it from the drop down, then click SAVE.
STEP FOUR
Click VIEW RESULTS in the top right of the page.
