How can I compare different courts’ success rates for Motions to Stay Pending Inter Partes Review?
STEP ONE
You can view a comparison of decisions on specific motions of your choice with the Court & Judge Comparison Report.
To create your own Court & Judge Comparison Report, begin at the Report Builder section of the main Search page.
STEP TWO
Type the Court or Judge names and select them from the drop-down list that appears, then click VIEW REPORT to view the comparisons.
